Casa Jade is a luxurious oceanfront home located on the turquoise waters of Puerto Vallarta. It is part of an exclusive neighborhood with the Sierra Madres mountains on one side and the PV Bay on the other. Casa Jade has 6 bedrooms, 10 beds, 8 baths, and sleeps 16 comfortably. It has 3 terraces, 2 pools, a jacuzzi tub in the master, hot tub, and a large gazebo/sitting area. It is the perfect escape for anyone wanting to enjoy the ocean, mountains, and great hospitality.
Casa Jade is elegantly decorated with native hardwood cabinetry, marble floors, ocean views from every room, a large collection of tropical and oceanic paintings, accent lighting, carvings, and native Oaxaca pottery. The house is 8,500 sq ft with 6 bedrooms, 8 baths, 2 living rooms, 2 bars, 2 waterfalls, an entertainment area, and an outdoor grill. There are a total of 9 beds, 1 pullout, 2 inflatable queen beds, and several couches. The typical group that stays with us usually has 12-18 people. The master bedroom is on the upper level and has a private entertainment area, terrace, and Jacuzzi/hot tub. The Jacuzzi was hand-made from green marble and malachite and has one of the best views of the bay.
The lower level has a junior suite which has both a queen bed and a twin. Outside of this room is a large waterfall and the sound of water can be heard all night if requested. This room is closest to the ocean so always catches the sound of the waves crashing against the shore.
We have 2 pools with the infinity pool on the second level and a larger pool on the bottom floor. The pool on the bottom deck literally hangs over the edge of the shore. There is a private palapa/gazebo next to the lower pool deck. It is a great place to escape and read, relax and watch for whales or the birds circling the marine sanctuary of Los Arcos.
Los Arcos (The Arches) are mountain remnants cut off from shore. Each of the 4 arches was made by waves cutting through the middle. This allows adventurous tourists the ability to paddle through them. Los Arcos is a favorite spot for snorkeling and kayaking. At certain times of the year, depending on the season there is a small transient sand beach in front of our home.

Guest access
Guest will have access the entire property including all bedrooms and non service areas. They will also have access to the beach in front of the house.

Our chef is available upon request, for an additional fee.
There is a set menu but the chef is very flexible. Please ask for details!
We want our guests to know we have installed a security system that includes both an alarm system and perimeter video cameras. These cameras are exclusively on the exterior of the home.
Safety: Puerto Vallarta remains to be one of the safest cities in Mexico. The locals depend on tourism and are very protective of anyone traveling to their city. Most of the shop owners speak at least some English so it’s very easy to navigate through the local shops and vendors.
Access is to the entire home.
Cancelation Policy
Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
